1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ariel Intelligence Hub website or engaging our agency for Google My Business, Google Guarantee, SEO, AI Automation, Web/App Development, Social Media, or PPC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Agency Services

Service deliverables, performance metrics, and project timelines are governed by mutual statements of work (SOW) executed between Ariel Intelligence Hub and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of invoice balances, all custom design files, Next.js source code, logo suites, and ad copy created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ariel Intelligence Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform algorithm updates (e.g. Google or Meta core updates) beyond our direct control.
